Her Ora products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase. Because access is granted instantly, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers.

Why no refunds?

This is not a gap in our policy. It is a reflection of the product itself. The moment purchase is confirmed, the complete system is in your hands. The work begins when you decide it does.

If you are unsure whether Her Ora is right for you, we encourage you to read the full product descriptions, review the details carefully, and reach out before purchasing.

Exceptions

We will review and resolve the following:

• You were charged but received no delivery email
• You were charged more than once for the same order
• A technical error prevented access to your purchase
